An unconventional approach and creative thinking led our specialists to the idea of creating a novelty in the industry. Oral hygiene is an integral part of daily life, and people often don't consider the importance of a toothbrush, which opens magical doors to a world of possibilities.
The challenging task of building a factory for the ecologically clean production of toothbrushes was successfully completed and put into operation in 2021. The invaluable contribution of enthusiasts helped implement international standards such as ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001. The factory fully meets today's requirements.
Toothbrush Production
Handle and Its Components
The toothbrush handle is cast from polypropylene granules, ensuring durability and minimizing wear. By adding different colorants (masterbatches), colorful two-component handles are produced, designed to appeal to everyone. The ergonomic design of the handle mimics the curves of the palm for confident use of the toothbrush.
Toothbrush Bristles
Bristle stiffness is a very important factor in choosing a toothbrush. To satisfy every consumer, the product is manufactured with several types of stiffness, prioritizing oral health. This approach makes the product unique in the global market within the mid-price segment.
After careful selection of suppliers and manufacturers of Stylon 612 threads, we chose one of the leading companies in this industry. The bristles possess all quality certificates and are imported directly from Italy. According to dentists' recommendations, wave-shaped bristle arrangement provides optimal cleaning efficiency.
